ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but sometimes things go awry in transit - whether due to courier mishaps, customs hold-ups, or other shipping snafus. For any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for packages that get lost, pilfered, or delayed.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND?

We understand, sometimes minds change! If you need to alter or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, we might be in full swing prepping your order for departure. Managed to catch us within the 24-hour window? Expect your refund to be processed within 7 Business Days.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

We meticulously package our products, but sometimes, accidents happen in transit. If your product arrives with defects or physical damage (we're not talking about a dented box but the product itself), please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send a snapshot of the damage to cartalocker@gmail.com and we'll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry, we can't cover damages from regular use.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN AND REFUND

We have a 14-day Return and Refund Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

START YOUR RETURN AND REFUND

To start your return, you can send us a message directly to cartalocker@gmail.com. Don't forget to mention your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address you used to place the order, so we can speed things up! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 Business Days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 Business Days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cartalocker@gmail.com. After your Return and Refund, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.
